Answering customers

The WhatsApp concierge built for independent hotels classifies the intent of every message, answers from the hotel's website and documents and suggests services at the right moment. Front desk staff follow the conversations on a supervision dashboard.

Handling a request end to end

For a large group, an agent starts from an email, meeting notes or a SharePoint status change, and produces emails, PowerPoint presentations and PDF reports. Ten Power Automate flows call an Azure Function and a language model.

Acting in your tools

The agent only uses the tools we give it: sending an email, creating a document in SharePoint, updating a database, calling an API. Every call is logged.

Checking quality

On a translation pipeline, an LLM judge scores every output and a regression set checks that a change of prompt or model does not make results worse.

How it works

Trigger

A request comes in: a customer message, an email, a dropped file, a status change. The agent pulls the relevant context from your documents and tools.

Plan

The model breaks the task into steps and, for each one, picks a tool from those we have allowed.

Action and control

The agent carries out the steps and logs every call. Sensitive actions, such as sending something outside the company or writing to a management system, wait for human approval.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is a program that takes a goal, plans the steps and carries them out with tools (APIs, databases, email, web search), within the limits it is given. It can, for example, read a request, look up the answer in your documents, draft the reply and open the matching ticket.

What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?

A chatbot answers within a conversation. An AI agent can also act: query a database, call an API, create a document or send an email, and chain these actions to handle a request end to end. The WhatsApp concierge we built for independent hotels does both: it talks with guests and classifies each message to suggest the right service.
